Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. We cannot combine orders or add or remove items after the order is confirmed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused items. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food products or intimate items. We strongly encourage you to read the return policy on the product page as well as the vendor return policies for specific details.

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original item and place a new order for the correct item.

For international returns:

  1. Please email our Customer Experience team at customerservice@lushness.com with your order number to initiate a return.
  2. A return restocking fee of $20 (per order) applies to international returns.
  3. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rates.

After we receive and approve your returned item(s), we typically process refunds within three business days from the delivery date. Once processed, it may take up to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the processing times of your payment provider.
